Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions we receive about shopping, shipping, returns, and how our community of independent brands works.

About The Curated Store

What is The Curated Store?

We are an ever-evolving pop up shop in the Cotswolds that brings together beautiful, independent brands, each chosen for their story, craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Our pop-up location and online platform give you the chance to discover brands that are unique, made with love, not mass produced.

How do you choose your brands?

Every brand we feature is handpicked by Annabel & Rachel. We look for independent creators who have a strong identity and share our values: originality, ethical production, sustainability and timeless uniqueness. Our goal is to curate a space that feels inspiring, thoughtful, and full of discovery.

I have a small independent brand how do I apply for one of your curations?

Simply send us an email at hello@thecuratedstore.co.uk with information about your brand, your social media handles and your website address. We will respond as soon as possible.

Do you have a permanent location?

Yes! Our evolving pop-up concept features a monthly rotation of small, design-led brands with big stories, all showcased in the heart of the Cotswolds at The Curated Store, 7 Talbot Court, Stow-on-the-Wold, GL54 1BQ.
Each month brings a fresh new line-up - seasonal, community-rooted and full of creativity.

Shopping & Orders

How do I place an order?

You can shop directly through our online store, message us on Instagram and visit our shop in Stow on the Wold.

Can I buy directly from the brands you feature?

Yes, absolutely! Many of our brands who have popped up with us now feature on our website. We love it when customers continue to support our brands once they have moved out of the Store at the end of their month.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

We completely understand that sometimes hearts and minds take a moment to catch up. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at shop@thecuratedstore.co.uk. Once an item has shipped, we might not be able to make changes, but we’ll always do our best to help.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us right away (within 24 hours). If the item hasn’t been shipped, we may correct it. Once shipped, address changes can’t be made.

Delivery & Packaging

How long will delivery take?

Each maker/brand ships a little differently, but most orders arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK. You’ll receive dispatch emails and some brands offer a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we love sending our community’s work out into the world! Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Most brands are currently not shipping to the US due to the changes in the customs charges as these are now paid at source. Please email at shop@thecuratedstore.co.uk to confirm before ordering.

Returns

How long will delivery take?
