International Postage

Customers are liable for duty payments for orders shipped from the UK to their Home countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and know their order recipient country duty requirements.

 

 

A guide to our delivery costs & timings

Each product is sent to you directly by our brands, they are the small business that create, design or select them. Some of our brands choose to include the delivery costs in their pricing others have selected from the list below.  If you are interested in ordering a painting/larger item the cost of this will depend on the size & location of the delivery.  There will be an option to request the cost before purchase.

Email for individual cost.  The delivery cost is determined by destination, & if the product is fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements



Other

Multiple products of the same size from the same Brand won’t increase the delivery cost.  There will often be free delivery on baskets over £30 but please see at checkout.

In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

 

Delivery times

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens we will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you.

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia (Republic of), Malta, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
