Part of our hand-painted Helecho family, the Helecho Salad Bowl in Deep Blue is shaped and decorated entirely by hand in the workshops of Carmen del Viboral, Colombia — the historic heart of Colombian ceramics. Its botanical fern wreath is painted freehand in deep blue across a crisp white ground.

Generous and sculptural, it is made for serving vibrant salads, grains and abundant sharing dishes, and handsome enough to bring straight to the table. As every piece is painted freehand, small variations in the fern motif are part of its character; no two are exactly alike.

Yes - we love sending our community’s work out into the world! Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Most brands are currently not shipping to the US due to the changes in the customs charges as these are now paid at source. Please email at shop@thecuratedstore.co.uk to confirm before ordering.

Each maker/brand ships a little differently, but most orders arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK. You’ll receive dispatch emails and some brands offer a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

We want you to love every piece you choose, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.

If this happens. Please contact us right away with photos so we can put things right. Every brand we work with is independent, so we handle each issue personally and with care.
