Hyacinth Vases ready to fill with hyacinth bulbs...a very Danish way of 'forcing' Hyacinths to be enjoyed indoors. We fondly remember the scent and seeing them in window sills during the first months of the year. (In Denmark you also cover them with a pointed paper hat until they are ready to pop).

To use, fill the vase with water...halfway up is usually enough as the moisture from the water that will make the bulb bloom and if it sits directly in the water it may cause the bulb to rot). Place the prepared bulb on top of the opening of the vase and watch it open and bloom over the next few weeks.
Please note that it will flower much faster inside a warm room or sunny window sill than if kept in a conservatory for instance. The bulbs can be planted out outside once they have flowered.

Each maker/brand ships a little differently, but most orders arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK. You’ll receive dispatch emails and some brands offer a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

We want you to love every piece you choose, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.

If this happens. Please contact us right away with photos so we can put things right. Every brand we work with is independent, so we handle each issue personally and with care.

Yes, absolutely! Many of our brands who have popped up with us now feature on our website. We love it when customers continue to support our brands once they have moved out of the Store at the end of their month.
