Handwoven from natural iraca palm in the artisan town of Usiacurí, our Margarita Placemat is a sculptural celebration of Colombian craftsmanship. Its elegant scalloped edge frames the plate beautifully, creating a soft, floral silhouette.

The curved border is shaped over the traditional internal wire structure characteristic of Usiacurí weaving, while the open weave at its centre adds lightness and texture — a balance of structure and delicacy.

In a deep, confident Deep Blue, Margarita makes a bold yet refined statement. Entirely handmade and sustainably crafted, it frames our hand-painted plates and bowls perfectly. International shipping available.

Yes - we love sending our community’s work out into the world! Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Most brands are currently not shipping to the US due to the changes in the customs charges as these are now paid at source. Please email at shop@thecuratedstore.co.uk to confirm before ordering.

Each maker/brand ships a little differently, but most orders arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK. You’ll receive dispatch emails and some brands offer a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

We want you to love every piece you choose, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
