This vintage French fire screen is a classic... the wooden frame has decorative finials on either side and a decorative top section with patters on the feet too. On one side it has lovely muted red toile de jouy fabric (which has a very small tear at the bottom and is a bit faded on one side) and on the other side, classic french stripped fabric in grey, red and white stripes. It is suggested that this dates back to the late 19th or early 20th century.

The wooden frame is showing signs of wear and tear in places and has woodworm holes on one leg which has been treated.

We want you to love every piece you choose, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
